SOOTHING & THIRST-QUENCHING
A high quality famous Chinese green tea from Anhui province with a delicate floral, aroma and exquisite jasmine taste. This green tea is scented using jasmine flowers which are then removed. It gives a beautiful light green to orange liquor in the cup.
Similar to our Lazy Green Tea it’s very easy to make, you can just put a small pinch straight in the cup without straining and wait for the tea leaves to sink or use an infuser or teapot if you prefer. We recommend making it light if it’s drunk on its own and make it stronger when served with food.

Number of Servings: ½ teaspoon (0.5-1g) per cup (150ml) 100g makes approx. 100 cups
Water Temperature: 80-85 °C
Infusion Time: 2-3 mins & stir before serving
