Collection: Green Tea
Tea leaves are first withered then pan fried (heat-treated) or steamed to halt the oxidation (fermentation) process. The dried leaves retain a green colour as well as the infusion. The steamed varieties are smoother and sweeter than the roasted ones that tend to be stronger in taste.
