This large dark leaf hillside grown green tea makes a refreshing drink with a sparkling amber infusion and is lighter in taste than the Burmese Green Tea we were previously offering.
It has been sourced from Myanmar (formerly Burma) by our friends with a strong personal connection to Myanmar who founded a small charity called Helping The Burmese Delta. They regularly travel to Burma to help to improve the lives of people in some of the poorest and most remote villages in the Irrawaddy delta region.
The tea is suitable for people who like to try new and unusual green teas. Only a few leaves are needed to make a cup which will transport you to this amazing country. We enclose a leaflet with more information on the Helping The Burmese Delta with your tea order. This tea is in limited stock!

Preparation & Storage
Number of Servings: 1 heaped teaspoon (1.5g) per cup (150ml). 100g makes approx. 66 cups.
Water Temperature: 80-85 °C
Infusion Time: 2-3 mins & stir before serving.
Store tea pouch in a cool, dry and dark place.
For the best taste, use within one year from the date of purchase.
