FLORAL & ENLIVENING

Congou refers to the tea leaves found lower down on the tea bush and it is also used as a term associated with larger leaf Chinese black teas. Apart from being a good choice as an afternoon tea, it can be brewed and then chilled to make a refreshing drink during the warmer months.
