This is a high grade version of a famous Chinese Oolong; a celebrated tea of the southern part of Fujian. Beautifully rolled dark emerald-green tea leaves shaped into irregular balls give a distinctive aroma evocative of mandarin orchards in full bloom that are found all over the plantations where the tea is grown. It gives a sparkling green infusion and has an unforgettable, unique taste. Only a pinch is needed to make a delicious cup of tea, they unfurl beautifully into surprisingly large leaves.

Number of Servings: half a teaspoon (1g) per cup (150ml). 100g makes approx. 100 cups.
Water Temperature: 90 °C
Infusion Time: 45 SECONDS for the first infusion, then increase brewing time and temperature for further infusions, aim for a pale infusion.
Store tea pouch in a cool, dry and dark place.
