NOTE TO OUR REGULAR DECAF EARL GREY CUSTOMERS; we are sorry that due to ongoing issues with sourcing decaffeinated teas suitable for scenting we are currently only able to offer some smaller size pouches at the moment. Toward the end of June we hope to be able to offer the full range of pouch sizes. Please note this will be a new tea blend and will have the same bergamot taste but a lighter tea taste and may require a longer brewing time.

A decaffeinated version of our Real Earl Grey tea with pretty blue cornflowers. It's scented by us using Italian bergamot oil in the heart of Kent in small batches, to retain its freshness. It has a delightful citrusy aroma and taste, without the stimulating caffeine content. Earl Grey is one of Britain’s best loved teas and its unforgettable scent is so special to us, that we named ourselves Bergamia Tea after the bergamot orange (citrus bergamia), a modest looking yet powerful citrus fruit. The oil exctracted from the peel is used for scenting this famous tea.

Preparation & Storage
Number of Servings: 1 heaped teaspoon (3g) per mug (250ml). 100g makes approx. 33 mugs if serving with milk, otherwise use less.
Water Temperature: 100 ° C
Infusion Time: 5-6 mins & stir before serving
Store tea pouch in a cool, dry and dark place..
For the best taste, use within one year from the date of purchase.
