SMOOTH & SATISFYING
Famous black tea, in China referred to as ‘red tea’ - Hong Cha from the South Chinese province of Anhui, grown near the river Yangtze. It is known as Keemun after Qimen county, the area of its exclusive production. Evenly sized black leaves resembling small needles give a delicate sweetish smell and infusion with pleasant notes of nuttiness.
Keemun taste is very different from other famous black teas such as Assam or Ceylon. It is lighter in taste and is often appreciated by older generation tea drinkers. You can also find a hint of delicious Keemun in our English Breakfast blend and Abbott’s Blend.
