A sumptuous afternoon black tea blend of high-grade Assam, Ceylon & Darjeeling, with a delicate hint of muscatel.
Originally created upon request for Trinity Stores deli/cafe in Balham, South London. It used to be called Balham Builder’s Blend there. It is certainly not a typical ‘builder’s tea’, Darjeeling and Ceylon teas give the blend a much lighter taste which makes it a good choice for an afternoon cup of tea. If you prefer your tea medium strength you may also like our other house blends, English Breakfast or even stronger Abbott’s Blend.

Preparation & Storage
Number of Servings: 1 heaped teaspoon (3g) per mug (250ml). 100g makes approx. 33 mugs if serving with milk, otherwise use less.
Water Temperature: 100 ° C
Infusion Time: 4-5 mins & stir before serving
Store tea pouch in a cool, dry and dark place..
For the best taste, use within one year from the date of purchase.
